Vol.7To consider the feelings and health

(People are good doctors.)

I have met a friend who lived in the U.S. for years the other day.
She has been doing the volunteer work to meet a lot of people like a consultation though she is not working.
I asked her, “Are there also a lot of people who are cancer?” She answered, “Yes, there are.”
According to the story heard from the patients who are cancer, they holds a big stress. A grudge is said the most of stress. The patients have lots of grudge between personal.
I understand it easily. The risk of becoming sick will rise if we keep worrying about one thing over many years.
The emotional trouble that cannot be solved by the effort might become a big stress.
Thus, nobody might felt that it is the difficult to keep the interpersonal relationship.
There are serious problems in the relationship between a wife and husband, people in the company, among neighbors, and a child and parents recently.
Anyhow, if there is a person whom you can’t accept for many years, it would be a root of the stress.

(Others’ fault?)

However, if I think well why we feel unhappy, is it others’ fault after all? There must be various opinions, but problems here most are the condition of our feeling which we blame the others.
After all, an intense vital status of attack to others ruins my health condition.
The life of anger belongs to the organ of the liver in the Oriental medicine.
The liver is said to be an originally energetic organ and very important. If you cannot be unrestricted, the stagnation of the blood and “qi” called “Kanustukitai” will be made.
If “Kanutsukitai” is prolonged, the mass will be formed.
The mass itself is thought to be the foundation of cancer.
After all, the state of the life which blames others would cause the root of the stress.
However, it is not easy indeed. Others sometimes might have their faults, and there is an environment which you cannot slip out no matter how you do.

(To get rid of stress)

Then, how can we release our minds from such a stress?
Though everyone understands we should change our way of thinking or escape from the problems easily, it is a hard working.
Though there might be another technique to get rid of stress, you have to let something blocked go through inside yourself in the Oriental medicine, it is nothing to do with others.
To let something go through means nothing but vomit.
There was a person who was a binge eating, and he/she ate a lot, and he/she throw up everything by putting a finger into the throat. There is a deep reason. The thing not filled is filled with food, and vomiting makes a person feel refresh. This is most related to feelings.
Therefore, the stomach might be burdened but it is useless for a binge eating person to forbid eating if there is no way to solve the problem.

Anyhow, to vomit is important. There is a key person who can listen to what you want to talk, not to give the advice.
There might not be a person such like this, if so, I would like you to move your body to spread out your stress. Or it is good to make “stress cancellation note” to write your feelings.
I think just after you wrote your stress on your note, you had better to throw away it.

Opposite meaning of the stress is loosening.
Loosening means feelings that a sincere laugh, heart to think the person to be important, glad heart, warm heart, satisfactory are everyone has originally.
I can see the thanks in the basis.

I always undertake treatment by thinking about the balance of the tension and loosening as a person who is involved the Oriental medicine which teaches the mind and body is one.
Even if there is no specific advice, I can let the stagnation go through with the acupuncture therapy.
Acupuncture should be needed in the medical treatment really in the future.
It will be useless to solve the symptom suppressed only with medicines. And this is obvious for the people who have the mind understand most in the 21st century any longer.
